DJ Dignity Samples Meats

February 9, 2012

I’ve just made myself one of my favorite afternoon snacks and I’m so excited to share the recipe with all of you beginners. This is a hassle-free recipe that requires the use of no silverware. You don’t even need bread. It’s a cold cut and Russian Dressing sample plate that’s a perfect addition for any arrangement of hors d’oeuvres. Benefit from my knowledge and give your friends and acquaintances an appetizer they’ll never forget.

Start by pouring a heaping mound of Russian Dressing onto your plate. Remember, this is the star ingredient of the dish, not the meat.

Carefully arrange your first cold cut around the Russian Dressing, which looks like a flower in full bloom. I’m using skinless turkey breast. This dish provides some great opportunities for you to be creative with your presentation.

Again, this is all about presentation so arrange your second cold cut, mine is Genoa salami, in a very precise and calculated fashion. If your platter doesn’t look absolutely to die for like mine, keep moving things around.

I almost feel guilty eating such a phenomenal snack when there are so many unfortunate people out there who haven’t had a meal this exquisite in their entire lives! Please enjoy and please don’t get disheartened if things don’t turn out so great, cooking isn’t for everyone.
